We are the Homeowners Association serving the residents of The Highlands II and Woodwind Hills communities in South Lakeland, Florida. As your local HOA, we work to maintain the common areas, enforce community guidelines, and organize events to foster a sense of community among our neighbors.

Although there are TWO points of entry into the community, homes were built in multiple phases and thus older area have SEPARATE Home Owner’s Associations. Our HOA includes the 3 highlighted subdivisions.

Community access via “Bersch Rd”, will take you into both the original phase of “The Highlands” and ”The Highlnds I” (first addition). ”The Highlands II and Woodwind Hills” (highlighted area) were built later and this Website is focused only on that HOA.
